Visa for highly qualified workers : Visa to carry out an employed work activity in Spain as a highly qualified professional, a company manager who meets certain conditions established in current regulations, or as a graduate or postgraduate from prestigious universities and business schools.
Visa for intra-company transfer : Visa to carry out an employed activity in Spain as a manager, specialist or trainee, for the execution of a contract or for a professional relationship, when the transfer takes place within the same company or group of companies.
The following family members of the worker may also obtain a visa:
- The spouse or common-law partner.
- Minor children and adult children who are financially dependent on the worker and who have not formed a family unit on their own.
- The worker's dependents.

Please provide one recent photograph (not more than 3 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used
previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:
- Taken against a white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
- Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
- Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
- Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such
items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
- Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.
Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your
application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the center.
